When nerves ache…reach for PainBreak®
Postherpetic Neuralgia (PHN) is the echo of a storm that refuses to fade. Long after the shingles have passed, pain lingers—burning, stabbing, aching. For many, it’s not just discomfort. It’s disorientation. A daily reminder that something in the terrain has gone awry.
PainBreak® was created to meet that echo with compassion. It’s not just a topical—it’s a balm that speaks directly to the nerves, whispering: “Peace, be still.” And for those navigating PHN, it offers more than relief. It offers restoration.
Here’s how:
1. Rapid Cooling Relief
The moment PainBreak® touches the skin, menthol and other cooling agents begin their work. These ingredients activate cold receptors, sending a new signal to the brain—one that distracts from the pain and invites a moment of calm. It’s like placing ice on a fire, but with intention and precision.
2. Reduces Burning Sensations
PHN often feels like fire under the skin, relentless heat that defies logic. PainBreak® is formulated to extinguish that flame gently, without the systemic side effects of oral medications. It doesn’t numb—it soothes.
3. Modulates Nerve Signaling
PainBreak® works at the skin level, where overactive nerve endings often scream for attention. By interfering with pain transmission, it helps quiet those signals—like turning down the volume on a radio that’s been stuck on static.
4. Non-Systemic and Non-Addictive
Unlike pills that travel through the bloodstream and affect the whole body, PainBreak® stays local. There’s no sedation, no dependency—just targeted comfort. It respects the terrain, offering support without disruption.
5. Anti-Inflammatory Botanicals
Many PainBreak® formulations include natural agents like arnica, turmeric, or chamomile—botanicals known for their ability to calm inflammation. These ingredients don’t just reduce swelling; they speak to the terrain’s need for gentleness and repair.
6. Supports Sleep
Nighttime is often the hardest for PHN sufferers. Pain flares, thoughts race, and rest feels impossible. Applying PainBreak® before bed can ease those flare-ups, helping the body transition into sleep—a sacred time for healing and regeneration.
7. Complements Terrain-Based Protocols
PainBreak® isn’t a standalone fix—it’s a companion to terrain-based healing. It supports detoxification, reduces inflammation, and enhances comfort across multiple domains. Whether paired with breathwork, journaling, or spiritual rituals, it fits seamlessly into the terrain map.
8. Encourages Nerve Recovery
PainBreak® doesn’t just mask symptoms—it creates conditions for healing. By reducing inflammation and calming nerve activity, it may foster an environment where regeneration becomes possible. It’s not a cure, but it’s a catalyst.
9. Empowers Daily Rituals
Using PainBreak® becomes more than a routine; it becomes a ritual. A moment of self-care that restores agency and dignity. For those who feel betrayed by their bodies, this act says: “I am still worthy of comfort.”
10. Eases Muscle Guarding
PHN doesn’t just affect nerves—it causes muscles to tense in protective response. This guarding can lead to secondary pain and fatigue. PainBreak® helps relax these areas, allowing the body to release its grip and breathe again.
11. Faith-Friendly Healing
For many, healing is not just physical—it’s spiritual. PainBreak® can be part of anointing rituals, prayerful care, or moments of reflection. It’s a balm that honors both body and soul, offering comfort that transcends the clinical.
12. Designed by a Physician Who Understands
PainBreak® was created by someone who’s walked with patients through pain—not just studied it. It carries intention, compassion, and clinical wisdom. Every drop is infused with the belief that healing is possible, and that no one should suffer alone.
PainBreak® doesn’t erase PHN. But it softens its sting. It’s a testimony in a bottle—a way to say: “You are seen. You are soothed. You are not alone.”
How Does PainBreak® Work?
Now you may be wondering – How is PainBreak® made? And what makes it work where other medicines have not?
Well,
Here Is How PainBreak® Is Made: –
1st. – We start of with De-iodized Water. This is the purest form of water known to man, and it benefits you in 4 ways. I’ll tell you about these in a minute, but first, let me tell you how de-iodized water is made.
De-iodized Water is Purified in Four Stages
Stage 1 – Biologically safe water is passed through an activated carbon filter which is
impregnated with a high grade of pure silver. This removes chlorine, particulate matter, and bacteria.
Stage 2 – This water is further sterilized by passing it through an ultraviolet ray to kill the remaining bacteria.
Stage 3 – Next, the water is passed through a pipeline of permanent magnets. This activation process softens the water and increases its electrical activity.
Stage 4 – Finally, the water is passed through an ionizer, which produces alkaline water. This alkaline water is rich in antioxidants. These antioxidants protect the tissues from further free-radical damage.
Using De-iodized Water Gives You the Following Four Distinct Benefits…
a) Your body is alkaline. Chronic inflammation and infection set up an acidic state in the tissues in the area of inflammation and infection. De-iodized water helps to restore your tissues to a normal, healthy, alkaline state.
b) It is rich in oxygen and calcium, and other positive minerals such as potassium, magnesium, and others. These minerals are essential in maintaining healthy tissues.
c) Ionization cuts the size of the water molecule cluster in half, making it more permeable and easily absorbed into your tissues, thus helping to restore moisture.
d) It is a superb antioxidant. Antioxidants protect your tissues from further free-radical damage
2nd. – We added 5 moisturizers. Your skin and soft tissues are 70% water. They
function best and are most healthy when well hydrated. Any effort to improve your condition must include restoring your tissues to as healthy a state as is possible, and moisture is of primary importance.
3rd – Included in PainBreak® are 6 nutrient-packed ingredients that include the following vitamins. Vitamin B-complexes. These are vital in maintaining healthy nerves. Vitamins A, C, and E, are essential in maintaining healthy tissues.
4th – Last, but not least, are the active ingredients – menthol and methyl salicylate. They act as counterirritants, inhibiting the transmission of pain through your nerves.
PainBreak®’s 19 ingredients make it unique. It is unlike any other topical analgesic anywhere. Nothing even comes close.
That is why PainBreak® is becoming the treatment of choice for many chronic pain sufferers, and it may very well become your treatment of choice as well.
As you now know…
PainBreak® “penetrates” like no other pain cream, taking the ative ingredients deep down to where your inflamed nerves and tissues are. PainBreak® contains no mineral oil, no lanolin, and no petrolatum, which not only clog your pores and prevent your skin from breathing, but also limit absorption of the active ingredients. Instead, it contains jojoba oil, avocado oil, and almond oil, which complement sebum, your skin’s own natural oil, and therefore absorb readily into your skin.
PainBreak® “moisturizes” like no other pain cream. Six of its nineteen mostly natural ingredients are moisturizers. Your cells are 70% water. They only function at their peak efficiency to promote improvement when, fully hydrated.
PainBreak® “nourishes” like no other pain cream. Your cells must be well nourished to give them every chance of improving your condition.
It is This Ability to Penetrate, Moisturize and Nourish Your Cells,
That Makes PainBreak® so Effective
in Relieving Your Pain!
PainBreak® is an “amazing,” “effective,” and “proven” cream that not only relieves your pain but also improves the health of your tissues and nerves.
You will experience the best results if you apply PainBreak® after a warm bath or shower, or after applying a warm washcloth over the affected area.
The sensory nerves of your skin originate in your spine. Where these nerves connect to your spine are nodes called ganglia or nerve roots. It is in these ganglia or nerve roots that the Varicella Zoster Virus, which causes chicken pox, lives. You see, after your childhood bout with chicken pox, the viruses really never leave your body. Instead, they migrated to these ganglia and lay dormant all these years, protected from your immune system.
Later in life, due to aging, stress, or an illness that compromised your immune system, the Varicella Zoster Virus became activated, travelled down your sensory nerves, and manifested itself as the painful rash called shingles.
I recommend not only treating the area of your skin where the pain is, but extending the treatment back along the nerves to your spine, where your sensory nerves originate.
Here’s why…
For many people, treating the origin of the involved nerves improves the effectiveness of PainBreak®. You see, often the pain of Post Herpetic Neuralgia (PHN) is caused by a chronic, low-grade infection in your nerves.
For years, the viruses lay dormant in the nerve roots along your spine. They then moved down your sensory nerves, causing your attack of shingles. Therefore, treating the nerve root (i.e., where the nerve connects with the spine) is really treats the low-grade infection at its source.
The dermatome maps below with will give you a graphic illustration of how your nerves connect to your spine and help you to under-stand exactly where you should apply the PainBreak®.
I recommend initially applying PainBreak® two to four times a day, consistently for 30 days (even if you experience significant pain relief). In fact, many people don’t experience maximum results until after the 3rd week.
Applying PainBreak® daily for the first 30 days will not only help to restore your skin and nerves to their normal, healthy state, but will also greatly increase PainBreak®’s effectiveness for you. After 30 days, you can apply PainBreak® daily
PHN on the Face and Scalp
PHN on the face or scalp presents a special problem as the trigeminal nerve root ganglia are housed inside the skull. If your PHN is on your face or scalp,
Here’s what you do…
In addition to applying PainBreak® over the affected areas of your face and scalp, massage the PainBreak® to the areas indicated on the map below, as well as over your temple and behind your ear on the involved side. Also massage over the base of the skull and upper neck on the involved side.

PHN on the Trunk and Extremities
The dermatome maps below give you a graphic illustration of how the sensory nerves connect to the spine, and help you understand “exactly” where you should apply the PainBreak®, PainBreakRx®, or place the magnets.
Follow these 5 Simple Steps:
1. Look at the dermatome map below, and pencil in the approximate location of your pain.
2. Follow the nerves back to the spine, and mark on the map where the affected nerves originate from the spine.
3. Try to locate the area on you spine that corresponds with the location you marked on the map in step 2 above.
4. Clean that area, as well as the area of your pain, with rubbing alcohol.
5. Massage PainBreak® into that area, as well as into the area of your pain, 2 to 4 times daily.
